Hi
I'm a junior DBA. I would like to know "Is there any certification exams on understanding/implementing Database design?".
If I clear any such exams I can ask my management to promote me to a kind of Senior DBA. So please help me.

Hi,
if u have done dba 9i u can upgrade ur self to 10g or 9i (OCM)Oracle certified master.I think these certifiction should able to help u to get a promotion as senior DBA.
