Almost impossible to do this over the forum.
It is not a 10 step procedure or something like a rule-of-thumb.

Documentation/metalink/google is the Best resource available.
Please post the specific issues you face along with OS and oracle version.
We may discuss about it. But any forum cannot teach you from scratch.

Edit:
RAC installation procedures vary from OS to OS, which is not difficult at all.
RAC administration requires a little more know-how. No big deal.
It is more important is to understand these
How RAC works.
Your Need and requirements.
About Clustered file systems/raw partitions or whatever is of your interest.

All the above are best dealt in oralce documenation.
Please go through it.

This might help. This is a good example with screen shots. Just neglect laptop and consider its PC instead.

http://dizwell.com/oracle/articles/laptop_rac.html

OR you can try this. This too has got screen shots.
