Landscape with A4 size paper [message #136935]

Hi guys,

I am having some strange dramas setting my report to landscape.

When ever i change the orientation in the page setup (File > Page Setup) and in Object Navigator > System > Orientation to Landscape it appears to be changing the orientation incorrectly. Yes it does make the horizontal wider and the vertical shorter....but not to the correct size.

I am using A4 paper which is around 29cm x 21cm. Oracle is setting it to 21.5cm x 19cm.

Is it picking up some other paper size from somewhere?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Fec,

Can you plz explain from where you are trying to print the page. My doubt is From REPORTS6i or from Oracle APPS.

If you are trying from Oracle APPS 11i the printer setup have to be changed.

Problem solved. My in-experience of Oracle Reports Builder 9i was a major factor in this one.

I had to manually enter the page width and height via Object Navigator > Paper Layout > Main Section > Rclick > Property Inspector.
