Hi,

1. People are saying Oracle certification is useful for only those who have less than one or two yrs of experience. Is it true?
2. People are saying if u have 4+yrs of exp. then no need of oracle certification...is it true?

people say their opinion.
Mine is,
Number of years of experience has nothing to do with certification. It may or may not help in real world. But just by getting `certified` you cannot secure the job. It is definately a credit to your resume. Thats it.
