Hello all,
I'm an HRMS analyst who has worked a lot with PeopleSoft in the past, but now I'm in a new position at a firm that uses e-Business Suite 11.5.9, with which I have no experience.
Of course Oracle recommends I go to THEIR training courses (surprise), and most of the documentation I can find online all assumes that I'm already comfortable with their HRMS product, which I'm not.
So, I'm looking for ideas. Where would you send a technically capable person with ZERO Oracle experience to begin understanding the Oracle HRMS product? Let's assume for the sake of argument that I won't be attending any classroom courses. I'm looking for online tutorials, user forums, books, etc.
