Hi,

probably a very simple question but I'm stumped.

In Oracle Reports is it possible to edit PL/SQL libraries stored in the database (not as .pll file on the filesystem)?

The 'Building a Report with Ref Cursor Queries' tutorial from Oracle explains how to store PL/SQL code as libraries in the database. At the end of the tutorial (6.8) it suggests you delete the PL/SQL on the client which leaves just the saved libraries in the database. It doesn't explain how you can edit them again!

Thanks for any advice,

Sion

To answer my own question:

To open a PL/SQL Library stored on the database:

1. Tools -> Preferences
2. Access -> Database (or File/Database)

By default this is set as File.
