I'm kinda new to the 6i Reports thing, how do you generate a .REP version of your perfectly working report which is still in .RDF version. It's straightforward I know but can't see where it's done.

press ^T (Cntrl + T), it will ask , where to save ..
save it wherever u want

alternatively u can use project builder and complie all ur reports, forms, graphs and everything in a paricular folder in one go.
Its simple

Run he report, then go to File -> Administration -> Compile Report

and there you go :)

hi i have a .rep file how can i open it or by what program i can open these files?
