Convert report 2.5 to 6i (Char mode) - inconsistent results [message #88830]

I converted a report from V2.5 to 6i in char mode. After adjustments the report printed correctly to a line printer with mult-part forms. Randomly, the report will shift some of the output a few spaces right. This can happen after reprinting a report from the previewer where it has printed correctly. I tried GUI report and results were worse. Using SQL 8.05 and Windows 2000 with Reports V6i. Thanks for any ideas.
