Dear All,
I am trying to print a report (.rep) using the 6i reports run time. But I am getting a
Rep-1849 error message.

OS : Windows 2000 server
Database: Oracle 8i
Printer : HP LaserJet 2200D

any help is much appreciated guys

hello ,

I have the same problem when we install a report as an server event or
If I launch the report with the rwcli60.exe command with a desname printer like \PC_NAMEPRINTER_NAME
Perhaps I can obtain a reponse from Oracle Support

OS: Windows 2000 and HP LaserJet 1100 are used (or 2200 etc.).
The report is formed normally on a screen.
But then user send it to print, REP-1849 arose in screen.

ACTION
Install old driver (for example HP LaseJet 4L don`t have this problem).

I have this error message when I try to print a report.
I had upgraded my pc to win 2000 from NT and the printer where i send the report is a network printer on NT.
