Suppose there are three fields to be displayed in report and all the three fields are in same repeating frame under same group.

Now if the second field fetches no data then there is blanch space in the report.

Now i want to know how can we custumize the report so that the third field having output data replaces the second so that no blanck space occurs in between.

Looking forward for help.

try using NVL.
nvl(column2,column3) this will replace second columns value witrh column 3's value...

hope i've understood ur problem and my solution worls for u...
