Hi
I just installed Oracle 8 on Windows2000, and after finish instalation , I try to start SQL or any thing in Oracle, ever Entrprise Manager, but get the following error

ORA-12203
and cant connect to oracle at all

so how can I connect to the oracle on the same machine
