i beleive, DBMS_LDAP is API that can be used for thirdparty directory services.
I dont have direct IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE in this,
but have worked in such an environmnet with supports
oracle pl/sql with netscape directory server.
so, openLDAP should be supported too.
