Oracle insert statement [message #676984]

When the select statement is executed we are getting 'n' number of rows,
but when try to insert the output of the same select statement to the table in the another schema that present in different DB for which synonym is created.
We are getting the message '0' rows inserted.
Before performing the insert statement have executed the alter session statement 'global_names=true'
