Dear Friends,
We had a Disaster Recovery Activity on last saturday and it got failed and DBA team reverted back all the activities. We had many number of scheduled jobs running everyday. And after DR activity reverted back, we are seeing many job failures. As this is Insurance domain project all the cancellations, reinstatement and renewals etc policies were impacted. The common error we are facing attached to this. Please let me know if you need more info. Kindly assist us in resolving this issue.
Regards
Mahendra S

I do not think that there is any advice that can be given, other than "tell your DBAs to sort it out". People will tell you that an ORA-600 is an Oracle bug, and only Oracle Support can help. Well, perhaps. But in this case, it must be because your DBAs have messed up.
I am a scientist, and therefore I do not believe in luck. However, I have to say "good luck. You may need it".
