We have a Purchase Order Inquiry responsibility which is read only, where users cannot create new POs. I am doing some research on this responsibility and trying to see where or how this responsibility has been made Inquiry only. I have reviewed all the functions & menus associated with this form. The parameter field for this function is null. And there is no personalization / customization on this form either. All other forms which are Inquiry Only have QUERY_ONLY = YES in the parameter field. Is there any other way a form can be made QUERY_ONLY or an Inquiry form without having to set the QUERY_ONLY to YES.

Would appreciate your insight into this issue.
