Most often this error comes from a firewall between the client and the server.
Otherwise it means you have a network problem.

Dear Michel,

This production database always shows error in alert log.
With multiple ip's, mostly with the local developers system. Should I ask network team to check this error?

Dear Michel,

Network team has to check the firewall issue. I will ask them to check.
If I can check from database server side then please guide me.

Regards,
Ashish
