Your next step is to read Database Concepts.

In database concepts everything is written separately. Not step by step. What exactly the second step after database creation? whether is tablespace or datafile or just create table?

But your first task is still to read it if you want to understand what is Oracle and how to use it.
If you read it, you'll have the answer of your question.
Your question comes from you don't know Oracle.

>i have created a database through DBCA.

for what purpose did you create a new database.
Any database is like an empty barrel.
What data do you need to be held in the database?

You lack the basics to use Oracle.
Oracle is a professional product; if you want a database which don't require any skill then use MS/Access.
Otherwise you have to learn the basics of Oracle before you can use it in anyway.
