how many archived REDO log files were generated while the DUPLICATE was active?

I force a LOG SWITCH prior to the start of the DUPLICATE & force another LOG SWITCH after the DUPLICATE completes.
All the intervening REDO must be applied to open the cloned DB.

******************************************************
WARNING: Archival will be performed using 2 passes.
The first pass will attempt to determine the end-of-file
of the online redo logfile. The end-of-file is determined
by identifying what is described as a "corrupt" block
header. This will be reported as an ORA-00354 error.
However, this is not really a corrupt block - it is the
end of the redo data.
The second pass will then archive the online redo logfile
using the identified end-of-file information.

Why do you expect good results with so many errors reported during DUPLICATE?

What changes will you make to eliminate or at least reduce the number of errors?

To add,
>>Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
have you pre-created those?
Always,
* post what you did instead of explaining what you did.
* post the commands what you used and relevant log file.
and
>>and i also try to recreate the controlfile but its not work

Posting like above does not help anything.
Because we do not know what you did.

From your initial post:
[oracle@machine6 ~]$ oraenv

Apart from anything else, that isn't going to work anyway. oraenv must be run thus:
$ . oraenv

As Mahesh said, you must copy and paste exactly what you did for people to assist you.

I did the same thing but same results. look at the bottom output...

[oracle@machine6 ~]$ . oraenv
ORACLE_SID = [orcl] ? clonedb
The Oracle base remains unchanged with value /u01/app/oracle
[oracle@machine6 ~]$
[oracle@machine6 ~]$ echo $ORACLE_SID
clonedb
[oracle@machine6 ~]$
[oracle@machine6 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

that certainly is an pathname
