dears,
I tried installing toad 11 on windows 7
when I click on schema browser it gave me the sent file
what 's the problem

Well, I can bet it is TOAD settings issue and not related to DB.
@OP, look at the "configure" option for "schema browser", I am unable to recollect now, sorry. But there is a Languages preferences option.
If that doesn't help, perhaps Littlefoot could suggest. You could wait for his reply.

What do we have here? A screenshot which displays TOAD Schema Browser window. Is there anything wrong with it? I don't know, the OP never said.
True, for me - writing & reading Latin - the right hand side looks strange, but people around the world use different languages and letters. Screenshot looks like Chinese to me, but heck - what do I know about it? Might be Korean or Japanese as well. Doesn't look much like Hebrew, though.
Therefore, how am I supposed to know what is the question if the OP doesn't ask it?
On the other hand, having the "Tables" selected (left upper dropdown list), I'd expect those tables to be visible in the left hand side of the Schema Browser window, but it is empty.
Besides, there's ORA-01026 along with Team Coding initialization. Is that OP's question? No idea. Even if it is, I don't use team coding so I can't answer that.
Furthermore, my TOAD version is 10.5 so if this "problem" is related to TOAD 11, I don't know anything about it.
Finally, as a legal TOAD user, you (hany_marawan) have right to ask Quest Software for assistance. They should provide it much faster than forum members.
