Dear All,
While trying to logging to database through pl/sql developer, getting error as "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges".
But am able to logging by system.
As per the instruction by the below link, checked the privileges of ord_dba. All are correct. Now, i am in puzzle to rectify the error.

Dear Michel,
When I logon to server and start checking all the privileges. Found all are correct. Then I reset the password and then it allowed me to connect to sys through pl/sql developer.
Now, my problem is solved. But could understand the reason about is. Till yesterday i used to logon to sys. Suddenly, it pop-up error.
