I'm not good at HRMS.
But from fnd_new_messagesQuote:

PAY_6306_INPUT_VALUE_FORMAT -> Incorrect format for &UNIT_OF_MEASURE unit of measure.

In the interface is there any column for unit of measure?
If so, what is the value you have given for that?
Please crosscheck.
