Hi all

Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0

Using the above versions of forms and database i had develop my forms.

Now i have windows server 2003 on which i want to install oracle application server.
i will be placing all my forms on this server and all the users will be accessing
those forms form this server.

please guide which version of application server should i install with installation guide.
and how to host it.

do i need to install database separately or it get install along with application server.

my server with windows 2003 server is ready.

what should i install first ..The database or The application server.

Please guide me...

The licences you buy control what you can install. Why would you not deploy your Forms to an 11.1.1.6 Forms server? This is what you need,

You should certainly create the database first. If you want to stay with 10g (why?) you should install the base release, 10.2.0.1, and apply the 10.2.0.5 patchset.
You do need to think about what release you want to use, and what licences you need.

i want to install OAS 10g for test.i dont have any license.

so i need to install database first then OAS.

10.2.0.1 10.2.0.5 these 2 version i can install right ?
