Post your OS.
Post your Oracle version, with 4 decimals.
Use SQL*Plus and copy and paste your session, the WHOLE session.

Before, Please read OraFAQ Forum Guide and How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read.
Make sure that lines of code do not exceed 80 characters when you format.
Indent the code, use code tags and align the columns in result.
Use the "Preview Message" button to verify.

Regards
Michel

os windows 7 (32 bit)
oracle 10g (10.2.0.1.0)

***** Use SQL*Plus and copy and paste your session, the WHOLE session.

i delete all files related oracle from disk drive and registery. now neither it is uninstall nor install.then how can use sql*plus and copy or paste the session.
i only paste the error that it will provide at the time of installation and uninstallation.

If you have deleted all the files (datafiles and binaries) then now delete HKLM\Software\Oracle registry key.
If both are done then you have unsintalled Oracle otherwise it means you have not delete all files and registry keys.

yaa already delete it from registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ORACLE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Ora*

and all files from system hard drive which is related to oracle.
restart the system and again run oracle oui. but can't successful. it gives the abnormal error.

You run OUI from what?
Did you also remove environment variables?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Ora*.

ok right i check the environmental variable and replay u.

You run OUI from what?
i run it from the setup file from which i install the oracle first time.
