I can logon "SqlPlus Worksheet" with system, but I can't logon in "Sql plus",ORA-12560 ERROR appear, I am a beiginner,and don't known how to do? Pease help me, Thanks!

A couple of questions:
1. what's your OS on the server?
2. Do you try to connect to Oracle on the server itself? If not, what's the OS of the client you try to connect from and does the error reproduces on each client you try to connect from?
3. Do you connect through SQL*Net, Net8?

Here are already some points of attention (although I don't know whether they're applicable in your case):
Check your TNSNAMES.ORA file. Make sure the info in there is correct. Also, if you have a firewall, check whether the firewall doesn't block Oracle connections.
