Hi,

Can you guys suggest me the best way to rebuild index and table and also give the reason as why we need to use this method?

The best way is to not rebuild them and the reason is that there is no reason to rebuild them.

What make you think that rebuilding table or index you will have better performances? And better performances for what? In which circumstances?

I believe rebuilding index and table will have better performance.

"Believe"? What belief has to do with tuning? Tuning is a matter of science not belief.

Table Rebuild can help only for FTS's, because it sets the HWM lower.
