al abrir un archivo de excel

y al decirle print preview
presenta el siguiente error

dDr. watson for windows nt
an application error has occurred
and an application error log is beging generated
EXCEL:EXE
exception: access violation (0xc0000005), address: 0x308d03a5

que debo hacer gracias por su atención
