I can't start DBCA by entering the command 'dbca' from bin directory.Can I get a help to solve this problem?

This is a X problem.
Use xhost command to add the database server to your allowed list.
Before trying to make dbca work, try to make xclock work.

Remove %, it is part of the prompt in the example.
The command is xhost.

It seems you first have to learn the basics of Linux/Unix/shell before trying to use any software on these OS.
