I am University student form Malaysia. I really need your help for one question which related with my cource work.
the question is below :

1.Which application file in the informix and Oracle database is ised to send parameter to the database. I know isql.exe in MS SQL server is used for this purpose.How about the Informix and oracle.

you'll find a file called initSID.ora (where SID is the name of your database). all user defined oracle parameters (and some basic ones) are located here.
