Hey
I am creating a database named ocr1 with custom option.
By default, it is going to create SYSTEM, TOOLS, RBS, USERS, TEMP tablespaces. I know the contents of all tablespaces except TOOLS tablespace.

Anyone can reply me, exaclty what type of objects will get create/stored in this tablespace.

Saru,

As far as I am aware this is for Oracle tools data, such as Webdb, Unless you are using any Oracle apps I am not sure if this tablespace is neccesary, Please correct me if I am wrong.

The TOOLS tablespace is for other system users, EXCEPT for 'sys'. Here are details:

sys -> default tablespace 'system'
system, dbsnmp, outln -> default tablespace 'tools'
