I am not puuting a solution to it, but am also in very much trouble with this message. the thing to emphasis is that some times it gets connected i.e. if i try connecting 3,4,5,6,7... times, i get connected. if there is some configuration mistake in the listener.ora it should never allow to connect.

pls suggest the suitable solution.
