Hello,
Did you manage to install Oracle 9i on Windows XP? If so, could you please help me in installing.
I downloaded Oracle 9i database from OTN network. I copied all extracted files to 3 different directory by the names of disk1, disk2 and disk3 as they were in 3 different CD's.
Once I start the installation, it goes up to some 30 odd percent. Then, it says insert disk 2. When I point disk 2 location, it still cannot recognize disk 2.
I tried installing Oracle 9i on Windows 2000 using the same set of disks. It went through fine.
Can you please advice as to how to handle this situation?
