These two tables do matter on saving the space.

1. fas_subldgfa_mst - this design won't save the space even ADDRESS, CONTACT and URL fields are null value, because the following field won't be null value and Oracle will allocate the space for these null value on these three fields(ADDRESS, CONTACT and URL)

2. TABLE FAS_SUBLDGFA_MST - this design, Oracle won't allocate the space for these ADDRESS,CONTACT,and URL if these fields are null value.

Note: the field, which has high possibility to have null value should put on last field in table.
