? about DB_CACHE_SIZE, DB_2K_CACHE_SIZE, DB_4K_CACHE_SIZE, . . .as I configure my database SGA.

Do I need to size my DB_CACHE_SIZE with the understanding that my DB_nK_CACHE_SIZE(s), are part of the sum set in the INIT.ORA?

Or are they separate--e.g., SGA = DB_CACHE_SIZE, DB_CACHE_nK_SIZE, SHARED_POOL_SIZE, LOG_BUFFER, and LARGE_POOL_SIZE.

Stupid question, I know, but getting confused.

Addendum: If I also configure DB_KEEP_CACHE_SIZE and DB_RECYCLE_CACHE_SIZE, I am assuming I will also need to add these sizes to my SGA formula mentioned previously as well. Right?
