I deleted three archive log files, is there a way for me to recover from this situation...help

No way to get back the deleted archive log files. If the database is still working, please rebackup your database with new log sequence number, so next time if you need recovery database then just use new backup copy. Please backup old and do testing on this method. Hoepfully, this will help you
