shutdown immediate will rollback uncomiited transactions where as shutdown transaction will wait for transaction to be commited and shutdown.

IMMEDIATE shutdown does a rollback for active session and disconnects users -> fast!
TRANSACTIONAL waits for the user to end their transactions
