how to take backup of asm database and how to perform recovery ?

The Backup process/script for the databases running on ASM or non-ASM is same. There is no special feature you need to use for the backup.
But what exactly you are looking for in the recovery?
The recovery of the database involved many things(might not be same as of Non-ASM databases).
Can you let us know what exactly you are looking or what issue you are facing on ASM.
