How do I connect to UTF8 compliant oracle 8.0 database using forms 4.5 (if we need to use sqlplus 8.0)? And whether this is at all possible or not?

Right now when I try to connect to a UTF8 compliant oracle 8 database using forms 4.5 ,I get ora-03106 error.

Please help!
