Please ,,,help me..
i wrote one sql statement.
when i execute it with sqlplus, it spent only 4~8 seconds.
so, i declared cursor, opened cursor and fetched into variable in pro*c program. there was no problem until open cursor.
but fetch time spent about 40 minutes..
what problem is it!!
