Hi Guru's

I have to create a procedure which when executed by any user(who have priviledge to execute it) will create a procedure/function in a particular schema "std_rpt".

The parameter to the procedure would be the location of the pl/sql file..

Why we want to do this is because we don't want to grant CREATE ANY PROCEDURE priviledge to any user.

And also how can I read the file from the unix box..I understand that I have to use the utl file directories...Or is it possible without that..

Can somebody help me with a script for doing something like this.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

TIA

Rishi.
